Booking modalities
For your reservation to be confirmed, after checking availability
we require a deposit of 30% of the stay amount to be paid by the following methods:
- postal order payable to Residence Riva Azzurra, Via del Molo Vecchio Cannigione, 07021 Arzachena ( OT )
- bank transfer to BNL

Failure to pay the deposit within 7 days of acceptance of the quote
the reservation shall be considered invalid.

As soon as we have received the money order or transfer notification we will send you an e-mail
with confirmation voucher to present on your arrival.
Cancellation of reservation
EARLY BOOKING RATE: In case of cancellation and cancellation of the reservation if this is communicated in writing 60 days prior to the expected arrival date, the deposit will be returned for the full amount, if communicated in the 60 days prior to the arrival date the full amount will be retained.
In case of cancellation within 7 days before the arrival date a penalty of 90% of the total amount of the stay is due.
STANDARD RATE: In case of cancellation and cancellation of the reservation if this is communicated in writing 30 days before the expected arrival date, the deposit will be returned for the full amount, if communicated in the 30 days before the arrival date will be retained for the full amount.
In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total amount of the stay is due.
In the event of travel restrictions between regions due to health emergencies occurring during the period
booked and therefore the objective impossibility of reaching the facility, a voucher in the amount of the deposit paid will be issued to be used within the following year.
Arrivals and departures:
Saturday/Saturday, Tuesday/Tuesday or Saturday/Tuesday and vice versa (10/11 nights).
Other days on request subject to availability.
In period A arrivals and departures are free with a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Minimum stay 1 week - Maximum stay 4 weeks.
Flats are delivered after 14:00 (or earlier if available) and must be vacated by 10:00.
For arrivals after 21:30 please inform us beforehand.
The balance must be paid upon handover of the flat.
On arrival you will be asked for a security deposit of 150 euros which will be returned on departure.
If the kitchenette is not cleaned, 30 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
